AM Swam 90 lengths of the pool.  Knee is surprisingly feeling a lot better right now.  Off to Bozeman.  Probably won't run until Wednesday.

AM CF and then 3.50 on the TM.  Work and everything else is killing me right now.

PM Swam 76 lengths of the pool.  Included in this was a mile straight in about 29:30.

AM 4 miles no watch.  Knee hurt for about the first 0.75 and then it felt better, although there was some pain that would come and go.

Ran 10 miles on the TM in about 1:18:20.  Knee was sore for the first bit, but then it was fine.  Took 800 mg of Ibuprofin.  Then went and swam 96 lengths of the pool, which is just under a mile and a half.  Went to CF.
