I have the day off or work, so I decided to try and get some extra miles in on my run this morning.  This is the first time since I started running in the mornings out here in Lehi that the wind has been blowing.  It was blowing hard from north to south.  It definitely slowed me down, but overall I felt really good and was able to get into a pretty descent rythem.  Had only planned on doing 10, but just kept going.  Great start to the week.

Tried to take things easy this morning because my legs and body have been pretty sore since my run yesterday morning.  I'm sure the soreness is because I went a bit further on Monday morning and then pushed my pace yesterday morning.  Still pretty cold this morning.

Not sure how long this took me because the Garmin malfunctioned due to user error.  Very tired and a bit sore, but got through it.  I always feel better after though.  I will try and do 16-17 tomorrow morning up Provo Canyon.

Decided to a bit further today.  Started at the base of the canyon and ran up to Big Springs Park and then back down.  The run went pretty fast.  Took it pretty easy going up and then picked things up coming down.  Felt pretty good overall and this is probably the most miles I've run in a week in quite some time.  Wish I was running the SGM next week, especially after reading the discussion forum.  I would love to try and stick with the 3:00 group of people.  Oh well.
