Nothing today.  Flew to Reno yesterday and took the early flight home this morning and worked all day.

AM 9.30 on the TM in about 73 min.  About 7:52 avg pace.  Took about 20 min to get to 7:30 pace and then left it there for just over 50 min.  Really good run for me and I felt pretty good throughout.

AM 12 at 8 min pace on the TM.  I just didn't want to deal with the cold weather this morning.  I'm off to Oahu for a few days for work, so I at least should be able to get some warm weather running in....finally.
