46 mind numbing minutes on the elliptical.  I was suppose to do an easy 5 mile recovery run today, but decided to error on the side of caution as far as my feet/achilles are concerned.  The elliptical wasn't too bad, but it wasn't as good as running.

Did you get an email from the Provo 1/2 saying they didn't accept your registration?

I was just going to email you and ask you the same question. I got the email as well. My brother also got it and sent them an email asking to either refund the money or clarify if we can still be registered for the race. I'll let you know what we hear back, or if you hear something please let me know.

Andy-I got an email from the Provo River 1/2 and it said that I was registered and it gave me a bib number. So, I'm assuming that I'm good to go.

Did you get a similar email?

From Andy on Fri, Jul 31, 2009 at 12:39:07 from 159.212.71.200

I did not got a similar email until I sent Curt an email asking for a refund. He responded with an email with my bib #. Looks like I will be running it.
