Was planning to run at the gym on the treadmill, but then I thought it looked ok to run outside.  When I got outside, the wind was blowing and it was cold.  This ended up being one of the best runs I've had in a while.  Averaged about 7:07/mile and that's with the first mile being a bit over 8:00.  Last 3+ miles were all under 7:00 and my fastest mile was at 6:28.  Felt pretty good this morning.

10.0 on the treadmill.  Felt pretty good and I work my up to about 7:10 pace.  I don't enjoy the treadmill though.

5.0 on the treadmill this morning.  Did not feel good, and I'm sure it is because I just ran 10 miles last night.

I played basketball on Wednesday night and haven't been the same since.  I feel like I pulled every muscle in my body.  I took all of yesterday off, and went to the gym this morning.  I tried the treadmill, but I just couldn't do it.  My feet and other areas are still sore.  I did the elliptical for 40 minutes.

The weather has got me confined to the gym.  Ran 6 miles on the treadmill and then did around 4 miles on the track.  It was sheer torture.  I then did about 20 minutes on the elliptical.
