Short-Term Running Goals:
AM wanted to try out my calf again. On the TM. Basically went for 55 minutes and alternated between walking and jogging in equal amounts of time. Calf didn’t give me problems but felt like it was on the edge.
AM Spin class then swam 88 laps or 2200 yards.
PM swam 86 laps
AM 3.25 slow jog and walked about another mile. No issues with the calf.
AM 2.75 easy on the TM. I wanted something before sitting on a plane all day.
