Short-Term Running Goals:
AM walked 10 min and then started running slowly. Made it about 1.25 and then I could tell my right calf was going to cause me problems.
PM seam 66 laps in 32:09.
PM 60 laps swimming in 28:32
AM Swam 93 laps in 51:46. Then went to spin class.
