Short-Term Running Goals:
AM 4 miles with Mark up Center St. and back. No watch.
AM 6 with no watch with Mark up to the trail by State St. and 300 West.
AM 11.2 in just over 1:30 with Mark. Up to Smith's Mktplace and back. Didn't feel great, but we actually kept things faster than I thought.
Crossfit 1.25 during the workout.
