AM 2.75 warm up with some strides and then mile repeats with .25 recovery. Splits were 6:09, 6:07, 6:08, 6:05, and then I was going to do a fifth one around 6:20-6:30 but got confused and only did .75 at about 6:22 pace. Best run since I've been here. Soaking wet about five miles into this run. Cooled down until I got to 11.
