Short-Term Running Goals:
AM 4 slow and easy miles from my house.
AM 10 from my house and then swam 40 laps
AM swam 55 laps
AM warm up and then 3x1600 meters with .25 meter jog in between. Splits were 6:39, 6:40, 6:35. Did this on the track. It's a start and we will see how my heel responds.
AM swam 38 laps and then ran 2.75 slow miles from my house
AM 14 up at bear lake
