Short-Term Running Goals:
AM Lost count of my swim laps, but I think it ended up being just over 2 miles. Went and ran 3.5 slow miles on the track afterwards. Heel felt way better than Saturday.
PM 38 min on the elliptical
AM Swam 48 laps or a mile and a half. Finished in just under 43 min which is probably my fastest swim ever.
PM 3.35 at 8:20 pace after work.
AM swam 52 laps (just over a mile and a half).
AM Swam 68 laps and then went to the track and ran about 4.75. My heel did not feel good during the run and is is sore now.
PM 40 min on the elliptical.
