7.23 at 7:57 pace.  Can't remember the total time, but it was right around 57:00.

My legs were pretty dead today, so I actually cut things short.  One more week of trying to just get a descent amount of miles in and then I will try and hit things hard for the next couple of months.......assuming no injuries come along.

Lifted weights for an hour.

5.37 in around 42:30.  It was 7:55 pace.  Nice and easy on the old church out and back route.

9.10 in 1:09:48.  7:40 pace.  The old church route.  Eventually hit the frontage road and run on it for a bit before turning around.  More pain in the achilles than the last few weeks, and a pretty sharp pain on the top of my left foot.  I may back off for the next two days.  Good effort for me today though.

6.0 on the old church route.  No watch, but I know the approximate distance.  Constant tightness/little pain in the right achilles.  No pain on the top of the left foot while running, but it was there all day yesterday and is there now.

PM 3.44 at overall pace of 7:39.  I'm amazed at how much easier it was to keep a faster pace in the evenings as opposed to the mornings.

No running today.  Was planning to do the stationary bike, but didn't want to wake up.  Planning on running around 14-14.5 tomorrow morning up and down Provo Canyon.

14.38 in 1:47:18.  7:28 pace.  

By far the best I've felt since the Ogden Marathon.  Longest run since the marathon as well.  Ran up to Vivian Park and back down.  Hit the 1/2 marathon mark at about 1:36, which is scorching for me on a training run.  Perfect day.......almost.  Never saw the sun and was probably in the 70s the whole way.  Not many runners on the way up the canyon, but a lot on the way down.  Saw the RHPC runners and pretty sure I saw Josh McAdams running as well.  Also saw and talked with the Crack O' Dawn group that was running.  Great run all around though.
