Felt pretty good today. Was pretty sore yesterday, but I don't think it was from the long run on Saturday. The basketball and weight lifting are what kill me.
I'm not entirely sure this is the mileage for today because I was stuck on the track at the gym. None of the treadmills were opening up.
5.0 on the TM
12.0 on the TM in the am.
3.0 on the TM in the pm after lifting.
