Short-Term Running Goals:
AM 3.75 around the indoor track at the LC. 8 laps = 1 mile and I did 32 laps, but it seemed to short for 4 miles.
3.50 on the TM at the hotel in Bozeman.
AM 3.5 slow ones on the TM in Bozeman.
PM 3.5 on the TM and then CF
AM 6.50 on the TM. 2 mile warm up and then did 20 one minutes on/off segments. Cooled down a bit.
PM CF and then 4.6 slow miles on the TM.
AM 4 miles on the TM. Woke up late so I didn't get as much as I was hoping.
AM 12 miles on the TM and the Crossfit.
