Short-Term Running Goals:
AM 2 mile warm up. 4x.50 at 10k pace (7:18) with 90 sec jog inbetween. Then 4x.25 at 5k pace (7:03) with 90 sec jog inbetween. Cool down. It's a start. We will see how my fheel holds up.
AM 4.2 easy on the TM
AM 6.2 easy on the TM
AM 2 mile warm up and then 3x2 miles at half marathon pace (7:20 - 7:30) with 3 min jog in between. Cool down for about 1.5 miles.
AM 14.3 on the TM.
