5.0 on the treadmill. Played basketball last night and I always have a hard time the day after I play.
5.0 in the evening on the treadmill
5.3 on the treadmill.
2.0 after lifting weights in the evening.
8 on the treadmill
Kept an 8 minute/mile pace on the treadmill and then a 7:40 pace outside. Just happy to get some miles.
