Short-Term Running Goals:
AM lifted my chest for a bit and then ran on the TM
AM 7 on the TM and then lifted for a bit.
AM on the TM
PM 1.65 on the TM and then lifted a bit
AM Started running at 5:30 on the TM. Ran for 95 minutes and hit 10 miles. Walked for the first couple minutes and very gradually increase the pace. Lifted for a bit afterwards.
