5.10 on the treadmill this morning. Might try and do some more this evening.
5.0 additional on the treadmill in the evening. Kept a pretty good pace.
5.0 on the treadmill in the morning. The extra miles last night took their toll on me this morning.

8.79 in 1:04:30 outside. This is the first run outside in about 3 weeks and it was great. Felt good. Kept a good pace. Overall pace was about 7:20/mile. Several mile were under 7:00.

Did 10 and then lifted for 40 minutes. Then did an additional 3. This was a big week for me as far as miles go, but the treadmill just doesn't feel the same as when I'm out on the road.
