Short-Term Running Goals:
AM from my house beginning at 5:30. It was cold. Took most of the week off to try and heal some minor aches and pains. I don't know if it helps much though and I'd probably be better if just running a few miles a day instead of being completely off.
AM 4.7 on the TM. Slowly easing back into things after not doing much th last few weeks.
AM on the TM
AM 5 miles from my house. Cold.
AM 5 miles from my house.
AM 5.3 on the TM at home.
