Jeff! Did you guys have a baby? If so I’m so happy for you! I hope you are running ST George this year!

Hey. Yeah, we had a baby girl about two months ago. We have a 2 year old boy and now the baby. Good thing I got my running in several years ago. I am running the marathon next week, but I have no expectation of how I'll do. Are you running it? No more injuries?

That’s SO fun!! I hope I get to see them sometime. I am glad you are still running! Ya the last 3 years have been tough for me.. 3 years ago I tore my hamstring which healed then exactly a year ago this coming weekend I was jogging and after couldn’t walk great. I had a MRI and my labrum in my hip had torn. I was born with hip impingement and it finally caught up with me, which is why my hamstring had torn previously. I had hip surgery last year around Halloween . After getting off my crutches my ankle started hurting and by June the tendons in my ankle were ruptured. They hang you by your ankle during hip surgery and I’m pretty sure something happened during surgery. Anyways I’m 14 weeks out of peronal reconstruction surgery😆. Jogging now up to 5 miles. So no full marathon for me. I am doing the half. I’ve been walking a lot. I’ll probably jog some of the half. If you pass me Saturday give me a high five, I’ll be cheering for all the runners! Hoping to be back next year!
