AM walked a bit and then ran 3.2 easy. PT and rheumatology appts today.

Rheumatologist suspects I could be dealing with Ankylosing Spondylitis given my young age, no history of prior back pain, and inflammation in both SI joints as shown by the MRI.  But she also said my issues could be overuse from running and it's tough to tell.  She started me on a high dose of NSAIDS for the next 6 weeks or so.  Will try that and if that doesn't work we will switch to another NSAID for the next 6 weeks.  If that doesn't work then we will go to more biologic drugs.
