AM 18.15 from Orem soccer fields up the canyon for just over 9 and back.  Ended up running with Ty and one other guy from about mile 2 to 5-6.  That kept the pace pretty quick, which is what I wanted.  Basically ran around 6:50s coming down the canyon until I hit the drinking fountain at about 16 and then cooled down.  Averaged 7:24.  Good run for me.
