20.55

AM 20.55 in 2:34:26 (7:31). I had to put up flags this morning so I couldn't start running until 7:20. The late start was going to cause some issues due to the heat. Basically ran up and down the JRP. Very dehydrated by around mile 13 but didn't really die off too bad. Glad this one is done.

Hey Allie. Nice job to you on your race today as well. I'm training and will taper as if I'm going to run desnews, but I won't sign up until a day or two before because I want to see what the weather will be like. I don't know why I want to torture myself with this race.

i like your strategy.

desnews is all about the torture. if you run it, best of luck and enjoy. :) say hi to little mountain for me.

I'd be curious to get your opinion on the best way to run the course. If I was targeting 2:50:00 would you recommend even splits? I need to go back and read some of your previous desnews race reports.

i just sent you a PM -- i know those sometimes go to spam, so let me know if you don't see it.
