AM Headed down to St. George with Mark to run this race. It served two purposes: 1. It was the second race in the runners series to get me into the marathon in the fall. 2. It showed me how woefully out of shape that I am. In all honesty, I knew I wouldn't be fast today, and was using this race as a stepping stone. This is actually the fastest I've run in quite some time and I was pleasantly surprised at how consistent my splits were. 6:34, 6:26, 6:30, 6:40, 6:35, 6:41, 6:38, 6:43, 6:41, 6:43, 6:45, 6:45, 6:43, 0:26 (6:47 pace)
PM 3.10 slow miles on the TM. I'm going to be sore from the race.
