AM 19.15 in 2:34:36 (8:04 avg).  Started at 5:40 AM and basically ran the same route around Herriman I've been doing the last few Saturdays, only did it in reverse.  Weather was the best it's been this year......about 40 degrees and minimal wind.  Overall I felt pretty good.

Late AM lifted a bit and then ran easy on the TM for 2 miles.
