Short-Term Running Goals:
AM 7 slow ines from my house
AM 10.15 from my house
AM 7.3 slow ones from my house
AM met Matt, reed, and Kyle and ran on the JRP. Did 5 miles out and then did a 3 mile tempo. Splits were 6:32, 6:31 and 6:38. This was good for me, especially on a flat/rolling terrain.
AM have to be to work early so just an easy 4.5 from my house.
