Short-Term Running Goals:
AM 2.5 warmup and then 2x3 miles at half marathon pace (7:03-7:13). Not much time to cool down. Done on the TM.
AM 6.5 easy on the TM
AM 6.6 easy on the TM
AM 3 mile warm-up. Then 6x.5 at 10k pace (6:53-6:58) with 2 min jog inbetween. Then 2x.5 at 5k pace (6:35-6:39) wtih 90 sec jog inbetween. Cooled down. Did this on the TM.
PM 4.15 easy on the TM.
